All welding systems, including in-house designed engineering for fixtures which are built, installed and tested to CAD data by MOTOMAN, meaning that you need only one single supplier for your robotic project.

Specifically developed for welding

MOTOMAN has robots specifically developed and designed for welding applications. For optimised performance the robots are controlled by the NX100 controller providing superior path accuracy and unmatched ability for synchronous control of four robots (up to 36 axes in total including external axes), enabling jigless welding and multi-robot systems using less floor space.

We not only provide welding robots but also manufacture a wide range of servo powered positioners, tracks and gantries, which are fully integrated in the robot’s control system.

MOTOMAN’s standard systems for arc welding contain one or more industrial robots with positioners of one or two stations together with the necessary safety equipment.

For production of large components and products such as excavators, containers and wagons gantry systems provide a reliable and efficient welding solution.
